My dear sir ;

I am just back from Oita, Japan. Your note of

December first was awaiting my arrival.

It was my purpose to visit you at your office

this morning to get my registration complete, but find-

ing you out of the city, I am writing to say that I am

making formal application to the Government General 

through

the Keijo Fucho to have myself recognize as the Fukyo

Kanrisha of the M.E. Church, South in Korea, and A.W.

Wasson as Fukyo Setsuritsusha.

I hope to have the privelege of seeing you at

an early date. Please pardon my delay in getting myself

registered properly as I did not know of the regulation

until the note came.

With sincere good wishes for a happy Chrisrtmas

and a prosperous New Year, I am,
